Today could mark the last appearances in a Swindon shirt for some of Swindon;s loan players.
Anthony Grant's short-term loan is set to expire on January 1st, whilst Eoin Doyle and Jerry Yates face the possibility of being recalled by their parent clubs in the January transfer window.
All of the players have stated their desire to stay at the club but STFC manager Richie Wellens has admitted the decision is out of Swindon's hands.
The two sides have met four times over the past two years with Swindon boasting the better of the head-to-head record.

“It feels great to have signed – I’m looking forward to the new season. Last season, I didn’t want the season to end – the first six months of it coming back from a big, big knee injury was really tough but when the manager came in he gave me a bit more motivation to try new things and get over the injury.
“It was the most I’ve enjoyed football for a long time the last four months of last season. I really enjoyed my football because the Gaffer plays how I want to play.”
