New Speedway Robins Kit Unveiled

Swindon will have a completely fresh new look when they take to the track this season.

The Robins will be sporting a ‘Home’ and ‘Away’ kit as they attempt to defend the Elite League Championship they won last year.

For meetings at the Abbey Stadium they will use their traditional club colours of red, white and black, but for away fixtures they will take on the colours of their official team sponsor – Excalibur Communications.

Robins co-boss Alun Rossiter said: “I think we are the first speedway team in this country to have different race-suits for home and away meetings.

“We’re really pleased with how they’ve turned out, with the colours complimenting each other extremely well on both kits.

“I’m sure the fans will like them as well and maybe who knows perhaps other clubs will follow suit at a later date.”
