Obika and Branco injury latest

Swindon manager Luke Williams revealed that striker Jon Obika and vice captain Raphael Branco are still at least a fortnight away from returning to the first team.

This will come as a blow to Swindon fans as it means the pair will miss the home clash against rivals Bristol Rovers on Saturday.

Many may have thought it would not be as long as that after a Twitter post from Obika before the 1-0 win over Port Vale where he tweeted "not long left."

 
At full-time at the weekend, Luke Williams told Total Sport:
 
"(They will be) two to three weeks (away from match fitness) I should think, realistically, which, of course, will give us more strength in depth when they return."
