His team mates also involved in the incident, French duo Drissa Traore and Jeremy Balmy had already taken to their own social media accounts to also apologise to both the club and its fan base.

Swindon Town face Lancashire side Bury this weekend, as they arrive at the County Ground having won only one league game in their last seven. Swindon Town manager Luke Williams has been unable to confirm whether the trio will feature in Saturday's game.
