Website 0330 002 1993GK: Steven Benda: (7)
Made a fantastic save to keep Luke Waterfall at bay from close-range early in the first-half as the Mariners looked to counter. Couldn't have done much about Grimsby's goal.
RB: Paul Caddis: (7.5)
Battled well in defence, and looked to bring Swindon forward as much as possible without leaving the defence too exposed. The Scotsman has been a fantastic addition to the Town back-line this season.
CB: Rarmani Edmonds-Green: (7.5)
The youngster did well to cope with the crosses aimed into James Hanson and Charles Vernam in the first-half. Opted to go long on a few occasions which proved to be the right choice. Was given the Man of the Match award.
CB: Zeki Fryers: (7)
Despite scoring, Hanson was, for the most part, kept quiet by Fryers and Edmonds-Green who did well to nullify the threat of the target man.
LB: Rob Hunt: (7)
Looked to get forward and support attacks as usual, and almost found Doyle with a cross that would've left the Irishman with a tap-in, but Waterfall just about got in the way of it. Put in a good shift and another solid performance.
CM: Michael Doughty (8)
Almost opened the scoring with a brilliant solo run, but his effort hit the post to let the visitors off the hook after 15 minutes. Went close again 20 minutes later as his deflected shot whistled past the post. Played a few clever passes to start counter-attacks and always looked a threat when Swindon went forward.
CM: Anthony Grant (7.5)
As always, Grant battled well in the midfield and didn't shy away from a challenge. Cut an assured figure whenever on the ball and won some smart free-kicks.
RW: Lloyd Isgrove (7)
Unlucky to see his deflected effort crash off the bar after 7 minutes which prevented the Welshman from opening his account for the season. Had his teasing cross put in by Luke Hendrie for Town's third. Was frustrating at times, but Isgrove will always be a threat in League Two. Replaced by Muskwe.
AM: Diallang Jaiyesimi (7.5)
Wasn't at his usual standards in the first-half and struggled to get the ball out of his feet on a couple of occasions. However, his cross early in the second-half resulted in Swindon taking a deserved lead. Just two minutes later, Jaiyesimi doubled Town's lead with his header somehow getting past James McKeown. Replaced by Lyden shortly after the third.
LW: Jerry Yates (7.5)
Broke the deadlock just a minute into the second-half from close-range and had his cross headed home by Jaiyesimi for the second just two minutes later. Always looked a threat going forward, but also had his frustrating moments.
ST: Eoin Doyle (7)
Drilled Jaiyesimi's cross into the path of Yates for Swindon to open the scoring early in the second-half. As always, ran his heart out but had no real goalscoring chances.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Jordan Lyden (7)
Replaced Jaiyesimi with Swindon looking to calm the game down after the Mariners' goal. Helped control the midfield alongside Grant when he came on.
Admiral Muskwe (6.5)
Came on for Isgrove with 15 minutes remaining. Almost bagged Swindon a fourth with a great solo run that saw McKeown scrambling to make the stop. Pressed well and could've bagged an assist but Doughty saw his effort blocked.
Kaiyne Woolery (N/A)
Replaced Eoin Doyle late on as Town looked to use his pace against the tiring Grimsby back-line.
