PREVIEW: Oxford United v Swindon Town
Jon Obika and Raphael Branco will both be hoping they will be fit to face Oxford United in a hotly-anticipated A420 derby on Saturday.
Both Obika and Branco got 63 minutes in a friendly win over Wootton Basset on Tuesday as they continue their recoveries from injury. Obika got Town's first goal in the 3-0 victory, but it is not yet clear if the pair will be match fit for first-team duties in such an important fixture.
Obika's potential presence in particular could be crucial given that none of Swindon's strikers - Nathan Delfouneso, Luke Norris or Jermaine Hylton - have managed to find the back of the net this season as of yet.
Swindon are also sweating over the situation of Iraqi midfielder Yaser Kasim who missed the entirety of his country's 2-1 loss against Saudi Arabia on Tuesday.
Jamie Sendles-White and Jordan Stewart though have escaped international duty for Northern Ireland U21s without any problems.
Town go into their derby clash against Oxford on a five-match loss streak, but United have failed to make the Kassam Stadium a fortress in recent times - they only won two home games between Boxing Day and late April last season.
A win for Swindon will take them four points clear of the Yellows with their re-arranged game in hand against another rival - Bristol Rovers - still to come.
