Ince has quickly made himself a fan favourite among the County Ground faithful since his January transfer window deadline day arrival on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion of the Championship.
The 24-year-old has won the man-of-the-match award in four of the five home matches he has featured in which has already got fans clamouring for the club to pull a rabbit out of the hat to sign him on a permanent deal in the summer.
He is also already in the running for the club's player-of-the-season award in what has been a disappointing season for the Robins so far, with goalkeeper Lawrence Vigouroux also in deep consideration for the gong.
Two divisions up, in the Premier League, N'Golo Kante has been a driving force in rejuvenating Chelsea from last season's position of 10th, to champions-elect and the Frenchman was also key in making Leicester City even more unlikely title winners last season.
Swindon Town head coach Luke Williams sees plenty of comparisons between the two.
"He's (Ince) just been remarkable since he turned up and he's got man-of-the-match again for the fourth (time) and he thoroughly deserved it.
"It's wonderful to see a player so committed to taking the ball off the other team.
"On the flipside of that, he often takes the ball off the opposition and then drives forward and takes territory off of them as well. He seems to have the same energy in the 90th minute than he had in the first and I think that's fundamental to every team. I think you need to have that.
"I look at Leicester with Kante last season, and now at Chelsea, I don't think it's a huge surprise he's got the best defensive midfield stats in the division by a long way and I think Rohan's of that ilk and he's improving all the time."
