Snapped: STFC v Villa

Swindon Town beat Aston Villa, 4-1 at the County Ground over the weekend, to end their pre-season on a high.

Ben Gladwin scored two for the homeside, while Louis Thompson and Andy Williams scored one a piece, respectively. 

Despite Swindon dominating large parts of the contest against the young Villa team, Joe Bennett managed to pull one back for the visitors. 

Although Villa had most of the early possession, Michael Drennan missed two opportunities either side of Michael Smith, while Thompson blasted it over the top.
