Swindon 1-0 Preston. Over the weekend Swindon ended Preston's 12-game unbeaten run, earning themselves all three points. Robins striker Miles Storey attempted to open the scoring but was denied by goalkeeper Declan Rudd - but that didn't dampen town's spirits. Robin's Smith scored for the home side after Neil Kilkenny was fouled by Ben Gladwin in the area. Despite having a number of chances to even the score, Wes Foderingham made a number of crucial saves to secure victory for Swindon.
