A win for the Robins and a loss for Lakeside tonight would mean that Swindon would have an unassailable lead over the Hammers.
Lakeside face King's Lynn this evening, and although Lakeside losing would mean King's Lynn could be on 51 points if they win all their races in hand, the Robins would still be in a secure position.
Boss Alun Rossiter has called for concentration against as a weaker Leicester side on paper managed a shock win over the Robins at the Abbey earlier on in the season.
Rossiter said: "We aren't quite in the play-offs yet, but Lakeside getting hammered at Coventry helped us, and we will be looking out for their score at King's Lynn.
"But first and foremost we need to concentrate on our own job of beating Leicester.
"It won't necessarily be easy, as we found out to our cost earlier in the season, and they had a good win over Poole on Monday.
"You always have to expect the unexpected, and we won't be taking them lightly."
The meeting starts at 19:30.
