West London Sport say keeper Bonham, 23, is being looked at by a host of clubs in Leagues One and Two, such as relegated Swindon and Port Vale, League One outfit Bristol Rovers and League Two side Wycombe.
Carlisle, currently in the League Two play-offs, are considered to be the leading contenders for Bonham's signature.
Bonham is entering the final year of his contract at Griffin Park, so will be available on a free transfer in the summer of 2018.
He signed for the Bees from Watford in 2013 on a free transfer, but Bonham has only played two first-team games for Brentford - one in League One, and one in the Championship.
The ex-Watford man played one match for the Hornets in the Championship in the 2012-13 season and has also had loan spells at Harrow Borough and Arlesey Town.
Swindon have a host of players out of contract this summer, but goalkeeper is the one position they have sorted, as Lawrence Vigouroux and Will Henry are tied down to the County Ground until 2019 and 2018 respectively.
Player-of-the-season Vigouroux has attracted interest from Championship clubs Norwich City and Newcastle United though, and, given his stellar season and Town's relegation, many fans are fearful the Chilean will leave this summer.
Chairman Lee Power has traditionally been in charge of recruitment at Swindon, but he has recently gone on record saying that the new manager, who has yet to be appointed, will be handed the reigns in that regard going forward.
