Swindon Town loan watch: Scott Twine bags a brace for Chippenham Town

Scott Twine was the star of the show for Chippenham at the weekend, as he netted two in their 5-1 win over Hemel Hempstead.

Twine opened the scoring at Hardenhuish Park with a first-time shot into the bottom corner four minutes before half-time to set the Bluebirds on their way to a convincing victory.

It was Twine who made it 2-0 too as, just one minute into the second half, the Town loanee, who is at Chippenham until December, netted a similar goal to his first, as he carressed a right-sided cutback into the back of the net.

It was a good day for right-back Jake Evans, too, as his Farnborough side won 2-1 at home against St.Ives Town. Evans came on as a 36th-minute sub as a tactical change due to a red card for the hosts, Evans was later carded himself.

Will Henry was on the losing side with Dunstable again, but it was much better for the young stopper this time around as he only conceded once as the defensively-poor Dunstable lost 1-0 at home to Dorchester.

Prior to Saturday, Henry had conceded 13 goals in his three games at Dunstable but even before he had arrived they had shipped five on two occasions, as well and four and six in two other games.

Elsewhere, James Brophy made his debut for Leyton Orient and played the entire 90 minutes as the National League side came from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 at Aldershot.
