Swindon Town vs Bury: Kean starts in goal as Ajose returns
Swindon Town manager Luke Williams has named a changed starting XI as his side prepare to take on fellow League One side Bury at the County Ground this afternoon.
Williams starts with Jake Kean in goal, making his debut for the club mere days after signing as an emergency loan acqusition following the season-ending injury to Town stopper Tyrell Belford.
Belford's muscle tear in the groin, along with number one goalkeeper Lawrence Vigouroux being sidelined through a leg injury, meant Norwich stopper Kean had to arrive in SN1 at a moment's notice.
Swindon Town are however buoyed by the return of in-form striker Nicky Ajose, who this week has been shortlisted for the accolade of Football League One Player of the Season.
Ajose slots back into the line-up alongside his returning striker partner Jon Obika, who himself has been sidelined through injury in recent weeks.
The pairing had been in deadly form prior to their respective injuries, and will be looking to pick up where they left off today, facing a Shakers team who have won only two league games in their last ten.
