Swindon Town's Will Henry named in England Under-19 training camp
Swindon Town goalkeeper Will Henry has been included in an England Under-19 training camp, as the Three Lions prepare for the U-19 Euros in Georgia.
Henry was Swindon's back-up goalkeeper last season, but due to the occasional suspension and disciplinary issues for regular number one Lawrence Vigouroux, he featured three times in first-team league matches.
Keith Downing, the manager of the England Under-19s, has picked 23 players for a training camp in Spain ahead of the Euros in Georgia, which get going in July.
The squad will also have additional training at St. George's Park.
Henry has never played a match for any English development teams, but has been included in two previous training camp squads.
His inclusion in this squad does not mean he is neccessarily going to the Euros, with only 18 making the cut for that. Aaron Ramsdale of AFC Bournemouth and West Ham's Nathan Trott are the other two keepers going to Spain with Henry.
England kick off the Euros against Bulgaria on Monday, July 3 before matches against the Netherlands and Germany on the Thursday and Sunday respectively. The Germany match will be broadcast on Eurosport.
