Verelogic Continues to Support Football in the Community

The Girls Development Program at Swindon Town Football in the Community Trust has received great news of continued support for the 2013/14 season by the Swindon based business Verelogic Group.

The Trust delivers football and multi sports based programs across Wiltshire.  With the support of the local partners, Swindon Town Football in the Community strives to maximise the potential of individuals through sport and currently engages with over 30,000 participants annually.

Swindon Town Football Club and Swindon Borough Council Football Development Officer, Shane Hewlett, said, “We are very pleased that Verelogic has decided to invest in the program again this season.  The funding will help us to continue our work promoting this great sport and develop the girls program.”

“The girls currently participating in the program have great potential and we look forward to building on last years’ successes.  The funding helps us to give the girls the opportunity to continue to develop their skills within a structured and focused environment.”

“We want to inspire more girls to play football giving them the chance of structured teaching under the guidance of high quality STFC qualified coaches.  Newcomers will have the opportunity to participate in professional football coaching sessions and competitive matches. We would like to hear from individuals who would like to get involved.”
