This season (2016-17) marks Lee’s tenth straight season at the Wildcats, and his Testimonial year with the club.
Beginning his career at the Swindon Cougars back in 2000-01, he also featured for the Phoenix and the Lynx before heading to the midlands to join the Coventry Blaze in 2002-03, the same year he made the GB U20s set up.
In 2004-05 he moved to the Bracknell Bees and played for both the Bees and Blaze the following year before a move to the Cardiff Devils in 2006-07.
After a season in Wales, Lee returned to Swindon in 2007-08 where he has remained ever since, only interrupted with brief spells at the Basingstoke Bison and Slough Jets.
The 33-year old utility player has been awarded the role of Alternate Club Captain for the season.
