Hedley, who arrived prior to the 2015/16 campaign, joined the Wildcats roster to act as an understudy to GB international Stevie Lyle.
During a busy 15/16 campaign, Hedley found his ice time limited due to the performances of the ever consistent Lyle, and struggled to find himself a regular first team berth.
Just want to thank everyone @SwinWildcats especially the fans for a great year

Hedley's opportunity did come when Lyle took some time away from the team, following his stepping down as a head coach in late 2015.
For his first game as temporary first team netminder for the Cats, Hedley faced former club MK Lightning at the Link Centre - a match Swindon would go on to win, with Hedley playing a starring role.
Lyle's return however saw Hedley's opportunities limited once more, though the youngster did make the Great Britain squad for the under 21 World Championships in France, collecting a bronze medal in the process.
Speaking to the Wildcats' official site, Hedley said: "I would like to thank Steve and Aaron Nell as well as Stevie Lyle for the opportunity that they gave me last season in joining up with the Wildcats.
Head coach Aaron Nell added: "I'd like to thank Jordan for his time in Swindon.Join us in wishing @JHedley1 all the very best at @MKL_Official! You will be missed! Thanks for the memories ???????? pic.twitter.com/Lxp01SQRGL
