Swindon College

Swindon College offers full-time and part-time study options, apprenticeships, adult learning and business training, along with industry standard facilities, high quality lecturers and a great overall student experience.
Courses:
Swindon College courses are designed to offer a mix of learning and training; preparing students both for employment and for university study. It also offers excellent success and progression rates, with many students entering Further Education programmes, achieving and then progressing onto Higher Education courses at the college or at universities around the country.
Swindon College offers university-level courses at HND/C, Foundation Degree, Degree and even Masters (Postgraduate) level.

Industry-standard facilities – including Engineering, Construction, Catering and Hospitality, Hairdressing, Beauty, Art and Design and Motor Mechanics – make Swindon College the first choice for those considering vocational (work-related) courses in the region - you really will get the full work experience!
A purpose-built Construction Centre also provides excellent facilities for Brickwork and Plastering students on the main campus at North Star.
The outstanding facilities are available for hire and are suitable for meetings, conferences and informal events.

- Main Hall facilities (seats up to 190)
- Commercial catering and restaurant facilities
- Full commercial catering (available on request)
- Tea, coffee and biscuits (available upon request)
- Refectory available at weekends (seats 220 at tables or 300 seated in rows)
- Avenue display/ exhibition area available at weekends
Student Experience:
All students have the benefits of a personal tutor and a team of highly-experienced professional teaching staff. As a Swindon College student, you will also have access to the Enrichment Centre, Learning Resource Centre, The Zone, Careers Advisors and the Work Experience Team.
The friendly Student Services Team is on-hand to ensure that you find the right course for you. You will be fully supported throughout your course and in every aspect of college life.
Apprenticeships:
Swindon College is the largest provider of Apprenticeships locally, offering the widest range of apprenticeships in the area with over 30 courses across Level 2 and 3.
There are excellent industry-standard facilities including: Engineering, Construction, Hospitality and Catering, Hairdressing, Beauty and Art & Design, making them the first choice for those considering apprenticeship courses in the region.
All apprentices have the benefit of a personal training co-ordinator and a team of highly-experienced professional teaching staff and assessors to guide them through every aspect of their programme.
