Swindon Wildcats' Aaron Nell believes all the pressure was on them ahead of Cardiff Fire win

Swindon's pre-match favorites tag meant that all the pressure was on them ahead of last Saturday, Aaron Nell has said.

Swindon thrashed the Cardiff Fire 7-0 at the Link Centre to record their fifth win on the bounce this season as the Wildcats have started the 2017-18 campaign brilliantly.

Despite the convincing scoreline, Nell felt it was a tough contest but was happy with his side being on top from the beginning.

"It was a tough game to play in but we were in control from the get-go," he said.

"All the pressure was on us and they've had a tough start to year. We had to go hard and make sure we got a comfortable win.

"It's another win and that's five in a row now."
