The Greek Graze Co
The Greek Graze Co is a new street food vendor and takeaway serving unique fusion food.
The Greek Graze Co was founded by Amber Mitchell who had grown up cooking with her Greek Cypriot grandmother Stella and was inspired to use those recipes that had been passed down, whilst working in hospitality at events around the country.
Amber's uncle and Executive Chef Steven has over 30 years in catering, and worked for Albert Roux, John Torode and Anton Edelman when he was at the Savoy Hotel, as well as master pastry Chef Derek Rook and was a senior Pastry chef working for P&O for over 7 years on their cruise ships. Since leaving London, he has worked at many different locations all over the country, running kitchen brigades of 2 to 20 serving clients from 60 to over 600.
Zachary Ockwell, a family friend, joined the business in the summer of 2022 and has helped drive it forward, inspiring the company to move from sporadic events, to having a permanent space of their own.
They serve street food with a Greek twist, perfect for lunches, takeaway, or events when convenience is key and you are tired of the standard fare.
Opening Hours:
- Monday - Closed
- Tuesday - 10am - 3pm
- Wednesday/Thursday & Friday - 10am - 3pm & 5.30pm - 9pm
- Saturday & Sunday - 5.30pm - 9pm
